We're in a bear market

Relative new lows on the DJIA + not much fear/panic = bear market.

Nobody in the popular press seems to be saying it.

And this happened despite the Fed not raising interest rate. When they start raising it will probably be even worse.

The level of the DJIA was the same on the 1st January 2000... ok, lots of dividends where paid, but still.
