Florida and Ohio Prove Anti-climactic

Well, I guess one irritant we'll be spared over the next four years is the constant "Bush Stole the Election" mantra often supported by leftists. With Bush winning the popular vote as well as the electoral college, one wonders if Jeneane Garofalo will now change the title of her Air America show Majority Report, which alluded to Al Gore winning the majority popular vote in 2000.

Word. The fact that Kerry

Word.

The fact that Kerry conceded should belie any attempt to argue that Bush stole the election.

I've always that Jeannie G.

I've always that Jeannie G. was pretty cute for a counterculture chick. Of course, that feeling is replaced by a murderous rage every time she opens her mouth and pure communism spews out. Oh well.

You obviously haven't visited Democratic Underground lately. There are plenty of election conspiracy theories floating around. It won't be as bad as the last election, but we'll still be hearing some whining on the left.

"Jeneane Garofalo will now

"Jeneane Garofalo will now change the title of her Air America show Majority Report, which alluded to Al Gore winning the majority popular vote in 2000."

The thing is, not even that is true. Gore did not win a majority in 2000, only a plurality, and Bush's performance was better than Clinton ever managed in 1992 or 1996. Still, I'm glad Garofalo and company will have to shut up about it once and for all.

I dunno, the difference

I dunno, the difference between exit polls and vote tallies in Ohio, a crucial state which heavily used Diebold paper-trail-less voting machines, should provide plenty of fodder for conspiracy theorists. Hell, it might even be true. If an oracle could tell us the answer, I'd buy the OHIO.STOLEN.2004 contract for at least 5...though certainly not 50.
