After I read James Pinkerton's piece, I sang to myself,

Would have been nice to get

Would have been nice to get an Austrian critique of Epstein in there, focusing on how the inherent subjectivity of value invalidates the argument that eminent domain makes everyone better off. Epstein, in his response to Barnett, correctly notes that accepting subjectivity of value would invalidate "true public use" eminent domain as well as the "Donald Trump using his connections" variety, but doesn't then say why this isn't an acceptable conclusion.
